Siddbetter Limited ("Siddbetter") owns and operates certain websites, mobile applications and services including 4 Beers: A Numbers Game ("4 Beers"),8 NumberFlies Game ("8 NumberFlies"), Adventures of Tony Dum Dum Game ("Tony Dum Dum"), Space Trap Mobile Game or Application ("Space Trap"), Describe in 8 Seconds Mobile Game or Application ("8 seconds"), Letty Application ("Letty"), WhatZ’Odd Mobile Game or Application (“WhatZOdd”), www.whatzodd.com website, and www.troupa.com website (“Troupa”) (together the “Siddbetter Application and Services”). Space Trap, 8 Seconds and WhatZOdd are a social game application for mobile and Troupa is a social collaboration network website.

When you share information with us through the use of any of the Siddbetter Application and Services, we collect and store certain information about you to provide better services and for your convenience. Our Privacy Policy provides clarity about the information we collect and how it is used by us. By registering to the Siddbetter Application and Services or installing Space Trap, you are accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you. Additionally, non-personal data means “aggregate” and “de-personalized” information, which is data Siddbetter collects about the use of Siddbetter Application and Services, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed.

1. Information we collect, how we collect the information and where the information is stored

We collect information to provide better services and for the convenience to all our users. The information collected by us depends on the service used by you.

We collect information in three ways:

  1. Information you provide us: For example, many of our services require you to sign up for a Troupa/Letty/Describe in 8 Seconds/WhatZ'Odd ("Troupa Account"). When you do, we will ask for personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and profile picture. Your first and last names and profile picture are considered "public" on Siddbetter Application and Services, unless expressly disabled by you. We may use the name you provide for your Troupa, Letty, WhatZOdd or Describe in 8 Seconds profile across all of the services we offer that require a Troupa Account.
  2. Connecting through Social Networks By logging in through a Social Network (such as Facebook) you are authorising Siddbetter to collect, store, and use information in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you agreed the Social Network could provide to Siddbetter through the respective Social Network Application Programming Interface ("API").
  3. Information we get from your use of our services: We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them such as the pages visited by you. For our mobile game application, we also collect information about your play and interaction with other players and the application, to provide a richer game play and social experience.
    1. Local Storage: We may collect and store personal information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage and application data caches. We will not store your Social Network password in our database at anytime.
    2. Cookies: We use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit a Siddbetter Application and Service, and this may include sending one or more cookies to your device.

Except for cases (as mentioned in Section 1.c) where we store information locally in your device, all other information is stored with our servers and database housed in Amazon Web Services in the United States.

2. How we use information we collect

We will use the information we collect from all of our services to improve user experience and the overall quality of our services. In certain cases, we may store information such as chat logs to protect Siddbetter and its’ users. We may use non-personal data to offer you tailored content; for example, providing advertisements and offers that we believe will be relevant to you.

We may use the name you provide for your Troupa, Letty,WhatZOdd or Describe in 8 Seconds profile across all of the services we offer that require a Troupa account. If other users already have your email, or other information that identifies you, we may show them your publicly visible profile information, such as your name and photo.

We may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other Siddbetter services – for example to make it easier to share things with people you know.

3. Other Policies

  1. Third Party Service Providers: We will provide your information to third party companies to perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service and to assist us in our marketing efforts. We direct all such third party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to them and to not use your information for any purpose other than to provide services on Siddbetter's behalf.

    Siddbetter may use third party software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data. For e.g. Siddbetter may use Flurry analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the Siddbetter Application and Services.

    You recognize and agree that analytics companies utilized by Siddbetter may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected fro other services or products relating to you activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.
  2. Payment Information: Siddbetter may also receive the billing and payment information that you provide when your in-game virtual currency purchase is processed by another party, such as Apple (for purchases on iOS devices).
  3. Advertising of Third Party Products and Services: We do not actively share personal information with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes. We may share (i) aggregated information (information about you and other users collectively, but not specifically identifiable to you); (ii) anonymous information; and (iii) certain technical information (including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Siddbetter Application and Services and on the websites of third parties. We may also allow advertisers to collect these types of information within the Siddbetter Application and Services and they may share this information with us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of anonymous or aggregated information are not subject to any of the restrictions in this Privacy Policy.
  4. Sale or Merger: In the event that Siddbetter undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its’ assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organisation in such a transition. If material changes to Siddbetter's privacy practices will occur as a result of the business transition, we will notify you and other users of the business transition prior to transferring your personal information.
  5. Our Policies Concerning Children: Our websites and games are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. Children under the age of 13 should not use our websites or games at any time. In the event we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from children under the age of 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly erase such information from our records.
  6. Controlling Your Information: If you no longer want Siddbetter to make active use of your information, you may send an e-mail to contact@siddbetter.com. Place "Delete My Account" in the subject line and include your first name, last name, e-mail address and user ID number for the Social Network from which you access our games (if applicable) in the body of the e-mail. We will respond to your request within 60 days.
  7. Privacy Policies of Linked Sites and Advertisers: Our websites and games may contain advertisements from companies other than Siddbetter that may provide a link to their own websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. If you have any questions about how these other websites use your information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.
  8. Information Security: We take measures to protect Siddbetter and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:
    • We encrypt certain services using SSL;
    • We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, to guard against unauthorized access to systems; and
    • Our servers are physically housed with Amazon Web Services.

4. Choice

Certain services of Siddbetter.com allow you to control your privacy by offering you an option to make your profile invisible. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the respective Siddbetter Application and Services to learn how to make this change.

Siddbetter may use Flurry analytics tool (A third party data analytics tool) in order to develop and analyze use of its services. Please follow the link below, if you wish to opt-out from Flurry Analytics: http://www.flurry.com/resources/privacy.html.

You may also set your browser to block all cookies, including cookies associated with our services, or to indicate when a cookie is being set by us. However, it is important to remember that many of our services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
